Friday morning, June 29, 2012 Chef Chris and Chef Gee will be heading to the KHNL studios to do the Hawaii News Now Sunrise morning show. Stream the broadcast here. They’ll be doing a demonstration on how we create liquid nitrogen ice cream, one of our dishes that we serve to conclude our five-course pop-up dining events that take place around the island.
